3000 PSI Concrete Foundation
All our homes are built on a 3000 psi concrete stem wall foundation, ensuring structural integrity for years to come.
Double Pane, Low-E Windows
Every Smith custom home comes with double-pane, low-E windows and sliding glass doors in your choice of white, bronze or black frames. These windows and sliding glass doors help to make your home more comfortable and energy efficient.
Spray Foam Insulation
To make sure your new home is the peak of energy efficiency, every Smith custom home is insulated with Corefill in the exterior block walls of your home, and spray foam insulation applied to the underside of your roof deck to keep your home cool and dry.
Tankless Hot Water Heater
Rather than heating and storing hot water like traditional tank water heaters, tankless hot water heaters heat the water as you use it, creating an endless supply of hot water, and making your new Smith home even more energy efficient.
Smart Home Features
Every Smith home is a smart home; with a Qolsys IQ system as the brain of your home. We also include a smart deadbolt on your front entry, wifi enabled thermostat, and a wifi enabled garage door opener. But, because our homes are custom, you can design a smart home system that works just for you.
Cabinetry
Cabinetry is one of the most important aspects of your home. All our cabinets are a ½” or ¾” plywood box; not particle board. Each cabinet includes full overlay doors, dove-tail joints, soft close doors and soft close drawers.
Frameless Shower Enclosures
All showers are equipped with ⅜” clear frameless shower enclosures. In addition, every glass enclosure is finished Enduroshield, which helps the enclosure longevity and cleanliness.
8-Foot Solid Core Doors
All our first floor doors are 8-foot solid core doors. Solid core doors are solid and sturdy, look great, and help to keep your home quiet with less sound transfer from room to room.
Pavers
We are proud to offer Tremron brick pavers on your driveways, entryway, and lanai. Pavers are offered in multiple colors and styles to match the architecture of your home.
Builder Warranty
Last but not least, every Smith custom home comes with a 1 year builder warranty, which protects you against defects in materials and workmanship. In addition, we include a 2 year mechanical warranty for your electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and a 10 year strucural warranty, both provided through 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
