Which areas do you build in?

We are based in Tampa, Florida and we specifically build in the Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk,Pinellas, and Manatee counties. 

What size are your homes?

We build homes from 1,800 square feet and up, as large as the customer wants it to be.

Do you remodel homes?

Yes! We do major remodels and home additions.

How long does the whole process take?

It depends, but typically our process takes about 18 to 24 months from contract to completion.

Do I have to build one of your floorplans?

No, you do not have to use one of our plans, the floor plans we offer are meant to be a starting point, we can start with one and design a home that is uniquely yours.

Can I bring my own set of plans?

We will not copy plans directly, however we can use your plans as an example to design and build something that fits your wants and needs.

What if I don't have a lot to build on?

If you do not have a home site, we can help you find the right lot, we can even help you with the purchasing process!

How does the financing work?

We only take cash or construction loan financing. Though we do have a list of preferred lenders that can offer you a variety of construction loan programs that will meet your needs.

Are all of your trades employees?

No, our internal team consists of employees, but we work with hundreds of subcontractor partners to build your home.

Do you work with realtors?

Yes, we love realtors! If you're working with a realtor, they need to register by contacting us and reading our broker co-op policy.
